THREE-ROOM APARTMENT WITH LARGE BALCONY (2 double bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen).
The rate includes:
- Reception service during the day and night guard
- Possibility of home delivery from nearby restaurants
- Weekly cleaning and change of towels and sheets included (Kitchen Excluded)
- Final Cleaning (Kitchen Excluded)
- All consumptions (water, electricity, gas, heating)
- Covered garage

Good morning basket on request : fresh bread, milk, butter, jam, biscuits, brioche in bags, tea and coffee. The rate is per apartment per day. You can order it in the evening for the morning or book it in advance to find it in the apartment upon your arrival.
Euro 15.00 per day per apartment , you can book it in the next step on the days of your interest or directly in the hotel upon your arrival.
LOCATION : we are located in an enviable position, a few kilometers from the Desenzano del Garda motorway exit, 700 m from the railway station, a few steps from the historic center and the lakefront. Supermarket, shops and pharmacy in the immediate vicinity ;
SAFETY : all apartments are sanitized according to the anticovid regulations , certified for fire and legionella risks and we always know the identity of those staying ;
