INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for
the protection of personal data) we provide the necessary information regarding
the processing of personal data provided. This is an information that is provided
pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation for the protection of personal data 2016/679

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions
of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 b) EU Reg. 2016/679 for the following purposes:
a) provide the services requested by you, for example to facilitate reservations,
send confirmation messages or messages before arrival, assist you during meetings
or events, to provide you with further information about the hotel you are staying
at; these are necessary treatments for the definition of the contractual agreement
and for its subsequent implementation;
b) administrative-accounting and fulfillment of legal obligations related to
civil, fiscal, accounting. In particular to comply with the regulations of the
"Consolidated Law on Public Safety" (article 109, Royal Decree 18.6.1931 No. 773)
c) prior consent, up to your opposition, to send promotional messages and updates
on rates and promotional offers;
d) prior consent, up to your objection, to perform the function of receiving
messages and telephone calls addressed to you during your stay. For this purpose,
your consent is required. The treatment will caseates departure anyway.
3. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF DATA OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD
The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual way, with methods
and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects
specifically appointed to do so.
In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of Reg. UE
2016/679 the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows identification
of data subjects for a period of time not
superior to the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed
(until its departure). Personal data of an administrative and accounting nature
will be kept, and not further processed, for the time established by the provisions

5. ADDRESSEES OR CATEGORIES OF ADDRESSEES OF DATA
The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients who will process
the data as managers (Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and / or as persons authorized
to process data acting under the authority of the Owner and / or the Data Processor
(Article 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes indicated in point 2. Precisely,
the data will be communicated to: Consultants and free lancers also in associated
form; subjects that provide services for the management of the information system
and communication networks (including e-mail); Banking institutions; Competent
authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public
bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories per form the function of Data
Processing Manager, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers.

the company headquarters.
6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND / OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
No personal data of the User will be transferred to a third country outside the
European Union or to International Organizations.

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED
Pursuant to articles 15 and ss. of the GDPR, the interested party has the right
to ask the Data Controller: access to his personal data; the rectification or
cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him;
the opposition to the treatment; the portability of data in the terms set out
in art. 20 cit .; where the processing is based on Article 6 (1) (a) or Article
9 (2) (a), cited above the withdrawal of consent at any time without prejudice
to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, the person
concerned who considers that the treatment concerning him / her is in breach of
the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly
in the Member State in which he normally resides, works or the place where the
